Zucchini is abundant right now – don’t let it go uneaten! This recipe uses Dash™ Garlic & Herb Seasoning for a savory taste, and grilling the zucchini brings out so much flavor. It’s easy to make and is the perfect side for whatever else you happen to be grilling!
While this recipe is fantastic on its own, it also tastes great when you dip the zucchini in some whipped feta or homemade ranch dressing!

Dash™ Garlic & Herb Grilled Zucchini
Ingredients
- ¼ cup Member's Mark™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
- 1 Lemon zested
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 3 tsp Dash™ Garlic & Herb Seasoning
- 6 small Zucchini ends trimmed off, cut into 1/3-inch wide planks
Instructions
- In a small bowl, make the marinade by whisking all of the ingredients together (except the zucchini). Place the marinade in a sealable bag. Add the zucchini and turn to coat. Marinate for 20 minutes at room temperature or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator if making ahead.
- Preheat a grill to 400-425℉. Add the zucchini to the grill in a single layer. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side or just until crisp-tender. Transfer to a serving platter and brush with some leftover marinade, if desired. Serve with homemade ranch or whipped feta!
