Cheesy Bacon Jalapeño Dip
Ingredients
- 3 slices Center cut bacon chopped
- 4 large Jalapeños chopped (plus some extra for garnish)
- 3 Scallions green and white parts separated (¼ cup for the dip + more for garnish)
- 8 oz Cream cheese at room temperature
- 1 cup Whole milk Greek Yogurt
- ½ cup + 2 tbsp Shredded cheddar cheese divided
- 1 tsp Member's Mark™ Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Member's Mark™ Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp Member's Mark™ Sea Salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a cold pan over medium heat, cook bacon until crisp. Remove bacon from the pan; drain out some of the fat but leave a little in the pan for cooking.
- Add jalapeño and scallion whites to the same pan. Cook until just soft, about 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat.
- In a medium bowl, add cream cheese, yogurt, ½ cup cheddar cheese, Member's Mark™ Onion Powder, Member's Mark™ Garlic Powder, and Member's Mark™ Sea Salt. Add jalapeño and scallion, stir to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 8 x 8-inch baking dish; top with remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake until melted and bubbling, about 12-15 minutes. Top with bacon, scallion greens, and jalapeño.
