Pomegranate Valentine Cosmopolitan
Cheers to Valentine's Day! Celebrate this special day with a Pomegranate Valentine Cosmopolitan. You just can't go wrong with the subtle pomegranate flavor, plus it's the perfect festive color.
Ingredients
- 4 oz Smirnoff Vodka
- 1 oz Cointreau
- 1 oz Lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 2 oz POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice
- 4 Lime wheels, for garnish
- Pomegranate arils, for garnish
Instructions
- Fill shaker half way with ice.
- Add Smirnoff Vodka, Cointreau, lime juice and POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice to shaker.
- Cap shaker, and shake for at least 15 seconds.
- Strain and divide liquid between 2 martini glasses.
- Slide 2 lime wheels into each cocktail, and garnish with pomegranate arils.
