What is stromboli?
Stromboli is a type of Italian-American dish made with pizza dough and various fillings, typically including cheeses, meats like salami, pepperoni, or sausage, and sometimes vegetables. The fillings are wrapped in the dough, rolled into a cylindrical or rectangular shape, and then baked until golden. It’s similar to a calzone, though stromboli is usually rolled like a Swiss roll, while calzones are folded.

- ¾ cup Pizza sauce, plus additional sauce for dipping
- 16 slices Hard salami
- 20 slices Pepperoni
- ¼ lb Sliced ham
- 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp Tone's® Italian Seasoning, divided
- 1 tbsp Butter, melted

- Brush the dough with the melted butter. Then sprinkle on the parmesan cheese and remaining ½ tsp Tone's® Italian Seasoning. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with additional pizza sauce for dipping.
