Dash™ Salmon and Zucchini

Ingredients
For the Salmon
- 2 Salmon filets, 6 oz each
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2½ tsp Dash™ Garlic & Herb Seasoning
For the Zucchini
- 2 tbsp Member's Mark™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 small Red onion, sliced
- 1 medium Green zucchini, sliced
- 1 medium Yellow zucchini, sliced
- 2 tsp Dash™ Original Seasoning
Instructions
For the Salmon
- Preheat oven to 450℉.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
- Place salmon filets on baking sheet. Evenly top salmon with pads of butter. Season salmon with Dash™ Garlic & Herb Seasoning.
- Bake for 12-16 minutes, or until internal temperature in thickest part of salmon registers 145℉.
For the Zucchini
- In a skillet over medium heat, heat the Member's Mark™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil until shimmering. Add the onion, zucchini, and Dash™ Original Seasoning. Sauté until onion is golden brown.
