Tomato Basil Bruschetta with Whipped Ricotta and Mighty Salt™
Ingredients
- 1 cup Colorful Grape Tomatoes quartered
- 1 tbsp Fresh Basil chopped
- 2 cloves Fresh Garlic chopped
- 2 tbsp Member's Mark™ Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ¼ tsp Member's Mark™ Black Pepper Grinder
- Mighty Salt™ to taste
- 12 pieces Crostini toasted
- ½ cup Whipped Ricotta Cheese
Instructions
Crostini
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Arrange thinly sliced baguette slices in a single layer on the baking sheets and add olive oil to both sides.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.

Whipped Ricotta
- Combine the ricotta cheese, a dash of olive oil, and salt and pepper.
- Whip by hand, or with a food processor or stand mixer.
