Ingredients
- ½ cup Granulated sugar
- ⅓ cup Light brown sugar
- 2 tsp Member's Mark™ Ground Cinnamon
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Ground Nutmeg
- 1 Egg white
- 1 tsp Magnolia-Star Pure Vanilla Extract
- 3 cups Member's Mark™ Natural Pecan Halves
Instructions
- Position a rack in the middle of the oven and preheat to 300℉.
- In a small bowl, combine granulated sugar, light brown sugar, Member's Mark™ Ground Cinnamon, salt, and ground nutmeg. Set aside.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk Magnolia-Star Pure Vanilla Extract with the egg white until just foamy. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, add Member's Mark™ Natural Pecan Halves. Toss in the egg white mixture until evenly coated. Add the cinnamon sugar mixture and toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the pecan mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 40 minutes, stirring halfway through. Remove from the oven and cool to room temperature.
