"Taste of Italy" Zucchini Spirals
It’s easy to indulge in all of your favorite Italian pasta dishes without the guilt. Simply use Green Giant® Veggie Spirals® Zucchini in place of pasta. A crowd pleaser for the whole family!
- 1 package Green Giant® Veggie Spirals® Zucchini
- 2 cloves Fresh garlic thinly sliced
- 1 tbp Olive oil
- 1/2 cup Pasta sauce of choice
- Fresh basil, shaved parmesan, toasted pine nuts or fresh lemon for garnish
- Cook Green Giant® Veggie Spirals® Zucchini or Little Green Sprout’s Organics by Green Giant™ Veggie Spirals Zucchini according to package directions. Drain well and keep warm.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant and soft, 1-2 minutes.
- Add sauce, and reduce heat to low. Heat and stir until sauce starts to simmer. Add the well-drained zucchini spirals and toss until well coated.
- Garnish with basil, shaved parmesan, toasted pine nuts and a squeeze of lemon and serve immediately.
