This Mediterranean Salad comes together with a handful of fresh ingredients for an easy chopped vegetable salad. Tone's® Mediterranean Herb Seasoning gives this salad a zesty garlic and lemon twist. Works as a side dish but also makes a great full meal.
- 1 cup Canned Chickpeas
- 1 English cucumber Sliced & chopped into 1/2 in pieces
- 1/2 Red onion Cut into thin slices
- 1 cup Kalamata olives Pitted & sliced in half
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes Sliced in half
- 4 oz Feta cheese Crumbled or cubed
- 2 tbsp Member's Mark™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Tone's® Mediterranean Herb Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Member's Mark™ Kosher salt
- Dash Member's Mark™ Ground Black Pepper, to taste
- Combine chickpeas, cucumber, onion, olives, tomatoes, and feta in a large bowl.
- Season with olive oil, red wine vinegar, Mediterranean Herb Seasoning, salt and pepper.
- Toss to combine and server.
