Dash™ Roasted Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 2 lbs Button or cremini mushrooms Washed
- ¼ cup Bertolli® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Dash™ Original Seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Trim off the ends of the mushrooms and cut into quarter pieces. Place in a medium bowl and add olive oil and Dash™Original Seasoning. Stir to coat.
- Line the mushrooms evenly on a baking sheet and place in the oven for 10 minutes. Toss the mushrooms, and then roast for an additional 10 minutes. Place on a tray and serve as a delicious side dish.
