Weber® Herb Garden Sheet Pan Grilled Cheese
Ingredients
- 5 oz Cream cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Weber® Herb Garden Seasoning, or more if desired
- 8 slices Bread (sourdough makes great grilled cheese, but the possibilities are endless!)
- Salted butter, softened, as desired
- 16 slices Cheese, your choice
- 4 slices Tomato
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and Weber® Herb Garden Seasoning. Set aside.
- Spread the softened butter on one side of 4 pieces of bread. Lay bread out in a single layer on a baking sheet, with buttered side down.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture on the 4 slices of bread. Top with 2 pieces of cheese and a tomato slice.
- Close the sandwich with another slice of bread. Butter the top of the second slice of bread.
- Bake the sandwiches for 4 minutes, flip, then bake for another 2-4 minutes, or until both sides are golden-brown and the cheese is melty!
