Everything Bagel Baked Camembert

Your next holiday party NEEDS this Everything Bagel Baked Camembert. It has everything you could ever want - the crowd favorite flavors of Einstein Bros. Everything Bagel Seasoning, creamy and delicious Camembert cheese, and best of all...it's made in a sourdough bread bowl! (What is better than a bowl you can eat?)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large Sourdough loaf
  • 9 oz (250 g) Camembert wheel
  • 3 tbsp Member's Mark™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil, plus additional for croutons
  • 1 tbsp Einstein Bros™ Everything Bagel Seasoning, plus additional for croutons

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350℉. Line a baking sheet with foil.
  • Use a small serrated knife to cut a hole just deep enough for the cheese to sit in, using the lid of the cheese box as a guide. Be careful not to cut all the way through the loaf. Be sure to save the pieces of bread you've cut out!
  • Use the knife to score the rest of the loaf in a criss-cross pattern, again being careful not to cut all the way through to the bottom crust.
  • Unwrap the Camembert and place in the hole in the bread, then pierce the top of the cheese all over with the tip of a knife. Place loaf on the lined baking sheet.
  • In a bowl, mix together 3 tbsp olive oil and Einstein Bros™ Everything Bagel Seasoning. Spoon the mixture over the top of the loaf, using your fingers to push some of the seasoning into the holes in the cheese and the cuts in the bread.
  • Tear the remaining pieces of bread into chunky croutons. Scatter the pieces around the loaf on the baking sheet. Drizzle with additional olive oil and sprinkle with additional Einstein Bros™ Everything Bagel Seasoning.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the bread is golden and toasted and the cheese is melted. Serve with the extra croutons for dipping.
