Dash™ Chicken Broccoli Pasta

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Cooked pasta of your choice
  • 2 lb Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 4 tbsp Dash™ Garlic & Herb or Dash™ Original Seasoning
  • 4 cups Fresh broccoli florets
  • 2 cups Salt-free chicken broth
  • 8 oz Reduced-fat cream cheese, room temperature, cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup 2% milk

Instructions
 

  • Sprinkle chicken with 2 tablespoons Dash™ Garlic & Herb or Dash™ Original Seasoning. Spray a large pot or Dutch oven with cooking spray. Add chicken to the pot, then cook over medium height for 10 minutes, or until chicken is browned and cooked through.
  • Add broccoli, remaining 2 tablespoons of seasoning, and chicken broth to skillet.
  • Cover and cook over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes, or until broccoli is crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  • Add cream cheese and milk to chicken mixture; stir until creamy.
  • Remove from heat. Add pasta to chicken mixture, and toss to serve.
