Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Chicken cooked
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • ½ tbsp Lemon juice
  • ½ tsp Tone's® Lemon Pepper Seasoning
  • 1 stalk Celery diced
  • Mighty Salt™ pinch
  • Red onion, green onion, slivered almonds, dried cranberries, halved red grapes optional mix-ins

Instructions
 

  • Chop or shred cooked chicken, this step is easiest when done while the chicken is still warm. Once the chicken has cooled completely, add the mayonnaise and mix.
  • Mix in the lemon juice, Tone's® Lemon Pepper Seasoning, diced celery, a dash of Mighty Salt™ and any other mix-ins you'd like (red onion, green onion, slivered almonds, dried cranberries, halved red grapes). Put the chicken salad in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
  • Serve by itself with crackers or on a sandwich.
