Lemon and Feta Grilled Asparagus
Ingredients
- 1 lb Asparagus fresh, trimmed
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- ½ cup Feta crumbled
- ¼ cup Pine Nuts toasted
- 1 Lemon juice
- Mighty Salt™ to taste
Instructions
- Start your grill and preheat it to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, toss the trimmed asparagus with olive oil. Make sure each spear is well-coated. Next, season the asparagus with Mighty Salt™ to taste, making sure to add just enough for flavor without overwhelming the dish.
