Hot Honey Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients
- 4 large Sweet potatoes peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 tbsp Graza® olive oil
- 1 tsp Member's Mark™ Mediterranean Sea Salt Grinder
- 1 tsp Member's Mark™ Spanish Style Paprika
- ½ tsp Member's Mark™ Granulated Garlic
- ¼ tsp Member's Mark™ Black Pepper Grinder
- 4 tbsp Momofuku Chili Crunch Hot Honey
- Feta crumbled, for serving
- Fresh Thyme for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F. Wash, peel, and dice the sweet potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
- Add the cubed sweet potatoes to a large sheet pan and drizzle with Graza® olive oil and toss with salt, paprika, granulated garlic, and black pepper. Spread the sweet potatoes in a single layer on the pan.
- Roast in the oven for about 25 minutes. Remove from oven and drizzle Momofuku Chili Crunch Hot Honey over the potatoes. Toss to coat and roast for another 5 minutes or until caramelized.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Plate and top them with crumbled feta and fresh thyme.
