Weber® Roasted Garlic Asiago Salmon Sandwich with Weber® Smoky Truffle Fries
Give your chicken sandwiches a rest and try a salmon one instead! The Weber® Roasted Garlic Asiago Salmon Sandwich features the robust flavor of Weber® Roasted Garlic Asiago, creamy mayo, and roasted red pepper. Trying to go low-carb? Ditch the bun!
Ingredients
For the Salmon Sandwich
- 2 (6-8 oz) Member’s Mark™ Salmon filets
- 1 tbsp Bertolli® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp + tsp Weber® Roasted Garlic Asiago Seasoning
- 1/2 cup Hellmann’s® Real Mayonnaise
- 2 Brioche buns
- 4-6 pieces Roasted red pepper
- Member’s Mark™ Sea Salt and Ground Black Pepper, to taste
- Pam® Original Cooking Spray
For the Weber® Smoky Truffle Fries
- Pam® Original Cooking Spray
- 1 lb Ore-Ida® Golden French Fried Potatoes, cut of your choice
- 1-1/2 tsp Weber® Smoky Truffle Seasoning
- Member’s Mark™ Sea Salt and Ground Black Pepper, to taste
Instructions
For the Salmon Sandwich
- Place two fresh salmon fillets in a greased pan using cooking spray. Drizzle olive oil and 1 tablespoon Weber® Roasted Garlic Asiago Seasoning over the top of the fish. Grill on direct heat at 500. for 10 to 12 minutes. When cooked, remove the skin and place on a plate until ready to assemble the sandwich.
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and 1 teaspoon of Weber® Roasted Garlic Asiago Seasoning.
- Assemble the sandwiches with salmon, roasted red pepper, and spread the mayonnaise mixture on the top portion of the bun.
For the Truffle Fries
- Preheat oven according to frozen French fry instructions.
- Spray a pan with Pam® cooking spray. Single layer the fries on the pan.
- Sprinkle 1 teaspoon Weber® Smoky Truffle Seasoning over fries. Toss, then sprinkle the remaining 1/2 teaspoon.
- Bake fries according to instructions. Season with Member’s Mark™ Sea Salt and Member’s Mark™ Ground Black Pepper to taste.
