Corned Beef Sliders

While we highly recommend serving these Corned Beef Sliders on St. Patrick’s Day, they are the perfect party food for any time of year! Einstein Bros. Everything Bagel Seasoning adds an extra touch of deliciousness to this wonderful combo of corned beef, sauerkraut, thousand island dressing, and Swiss cheese.

How to Make Reuben Dressing

Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish (or finely chopped pickles)
  • 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish (optional, for a little kick)
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix: In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, and relish until smooth.
  2. Flavor: Stir in horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Season: Add salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the sweetness or tanginess by adding a little more ketchup or vinegar if needed.
  4. Chill: Let it sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 Sweet Hawaiian rolls
  • 32 oz Sauerkraut drained
  • ¼ cup Thousand island dressing
  • ¼ cup Butter divided
  • 12 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 lb Corned beef sliced thin
  • 3 tsp Einstein Bros™ Everything Bagel Seasoning divided

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375ºF.
  • Remove the rolls from the packaging. While leaving the rolls together in one sheet, slice in half. Place the bottom half of the rolls into a greased 9" x 13" baking dish.
  • In a small bowl, combine sauerkraut and thousand island dressing.
  • Spread 3 tablespoons of butter over bottom layer of rolls. Place 6 slices of cheese on top of butter. Spread sliced corned beef evenly over top of cheese.
  • Spread thousand island/sauerkraut mixture over top of corned beef. Add remaining 6 slices of cheese over sauerkraut mixture. Sprinkle 1½ tsp Einstein Bros™ Everything Bagel Seasoning evenly over the cheese. Place the sheet of roll tops on top of cheese.
  • Melt remaining butter and brush it over top of sliders. Sprinkle remaining 1½ tsp Einstein Bros™ Everything Bagel Seasoning on top of rolls. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and tops of rolls are a bit crunchy.
  • Slice in between rolls with serrated edge knife before serving.
