Ingredients
- 2 lbs Sirloin cut into 1 inch pieces
- ½ cup Butter room temperature
- 6 cloved Garlic minced
- 1 tbsp Member's Mark™ Parsley Flakes
- 1 tbsp Member's Mark™ Chopped Chives
- 1 tbsp ReaLemon® 100% Lemon Juice
- 2 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp Member's Mark™ Spanish Style Paprika
- 1 tsp Member's Mark™ Mediterranean Sea Salt Grinder
- 1 tsp Member's Mark™ Black Pepper Grinder
- ¼ tsp Member's Mark™ Crushed Red Pepper
- 1 tbsp Graza® olive oil
Instructions
Cowboy Butter
- In a large mixing bowl, stir together butter, garlic, parsley, chives, lemon juice, dijon mustard, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper. Set aside.
Steak Bites
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak pieces and cook until browned. Once cooked, transfer to a plate and set aside.
