Buffalo Trace Grilled Flank Steak
Bring the great flavor of Kentucky bourbon to flank steak with Weber® Buffalo Trace™ Seasoning! This seasoning features notes of caramel, molasses, and of course, iconic Buffalo Trace™ bourbon. Simply shake it on for a smooth, savory flavor that everyone will enjoy.
Ingredients
- 2-1/2 lbs Flank steak
- 2-3 tbsp Weber® Buffalo Trace™ Seasoning, or more if desired
- 1-2 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Set the flank steak on a cutting board and rub the Weber® Buffalo Trace™ Seasoning on both sides.
- Drizzle 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil over the flank steak to keep the seasoning on the flank steak and to keep it from sticking to the grill.
- Place the flank steak on the grill; grill to desired doneness, about 4 minutes per side for medium-rare or a temperature of 140 degrees F.
- Remove the steak from the grill and place on a large cutting board.
- Let the steak stand for 5 minutes. Slice across the grain at a 45 degree angle into thin strips.
