Weber® All Purpose Cookout Bacon Brussels Sprouts Kabobs
Grilling season is the most wonderful time of the year (in our opinion), but it's easy to get in a rut. Break out of the burgers, dogs, and chicken box and try something different...like these Weber® All Purpose Cookout Bacon Brussels Sprouts Kabobs! If you haven't tried the amazing combo of Brussels sprouts and bacon, you are truly missing out. The combo of Weber® All Purpose Cookout Seasoning plus a light char from the grill results in one of the tastiest and unique dinners you've had this summer!
- 16 Brussels sprouts
- 8 slices Bacon
- 1/3 cup Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Weber® All Purpose Cookout Seasoning
- Start by washing, cleaning, and cutting the Brussels sprouts in half lengthwise. Put 1 piece of bacon through the end of a skewer, add a Brussels sprout, fold the bacon over the Brussels sprout and through the skewer, and repeat with 3 more pieces of Brussels sprouts. Repeat for the remaining 7 kabobs.
- In a small bowl, whisk the olive oil and Weber® All Purpose Cookout Seasoning. Using a brush, coat the kabobs with the olive oil mixture.
- Place the kabobs on the grill on indirect heat at 300 degrees. Cook for 30-45 minutes, until tender and crispy.
