Easy Baked Sopapillas

Easy Baked Sopapillas

If you don't know what a sopapilla is, let us quickly explain! A sopapilla is a puffy, pillowy dough that's fried and then served hot with honey and sugar. This traditional New Mexican dessert is usually made with homemade dough, but we cut some of the steps and use puff pastry instead (and we baked them so they're a little healthier)!
